I have 2025 Honda Pilot Trailsport, AC stopped working July 18, 2026 estimated mileage was 17,500, brought it to Honda Motorwerks and got a loaner for a week, Service Dept did the diagnosis and compressor was complete shut, needs a replacement and asked to have the loaner back since they said the Pilot is drive-able and parts are backordered with no ETA. Mind you it was the peak of summer, 80-95 degrees!!! I called their Service Dept & was advised to call Honda Corporate and ask for a loaner while waiting for parts. I called Honda Corp and filed a case which was a waste of time because they did nothing to help and I was told they do not approve loaners, so basically Motorwerks and Honda Corporate just gave me the run around and wasted more of my time, added more frustration to the situation. Basically I waited until Sept 15, 2026 to get it fixed. I am aware that Service Dept has no control of parts availability but it was ridiculous that it took so long to get all the parts needed, plus Service Manager and the branch Manager were so inconsiderate that they were the ones who can approve to get a loaner and they didn't!!! I have been going to this dealership for years, I guess 2025 would be the last time!!!NEVER AGAIN! If I can give 0 rating for this dealership, I WOULD!!
