After visiting several other dealerships, I can confidently say that my experience with Ben Castillo was on a completely different level. Quick story: I visited a competing dealership for the exact same car. I never got a chance to talk to the sales manager as he communicated to me through the rep…it really rubbed me the wrong way. He never came out to greet me and it was as if he was too big time to give me a hello. On top of that a friend of mine asked me to ask for that said manager! Unlike the pushy or impersonal treatment I encountered elsewhere, Ben provided a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere from the moment I walked in. His communication was top-notch, making me feel informed and valued throughout the entire process. Ben took the time to explain every detail without any pressure, and his ability to listen to my needs really stood out. The entire team, including Sales Manager Brent and GM Alex, worked seamlessly to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. After leaving a competing dealership, I realized I forgot my keys and he was kind enough to drop them off at my house. The dealership is just in another level of customer service. I havent experienced this level of customer service in a lonnnng time! These guys need to write a book on how to treat customers and the meaning of customer service. Tom greeted us as we entered the establishment. We did not have appointments made prior that day but gladly Tom took care of us and was very helpful in giving us detailed informations of the car we wanted. He made it simple and knowledgeable by giving us visuals of everything. The whole process was very smooth and had a little tour of their showrooms.

Excellent service experience. Used the pickup and dropoff feature and everything went smooth. They checked out my car, did a small repair for free, and did a recall update. Communication was perfect throughout. I really like that they sent me a video of the inspection and described how they fixed my issue.
