3-Day Exchange Policy
Our 3-Day Exchange Policy begins the day you receive your vehicle. You may drive up to 100 miles and exchange it for any reason within that period. This policy does not apply to vehicles purchased as special orders.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us before 5 p.m. CST on the 3rd calendar day after delivery. Vehicles are not eligible for exchange if they’ve been modified, damaged, in an accident, altered from their original delivery condition, or have any lien or encumbrance.
Each purchase is eligible for one exchange only. The replacement vehicle is not covered by an additional exchange period.
